Please follow these simple directions to explore your medical record and send us a message through your electronic medical record. These steps are imperative as we seek to improve our care in 2015. Thank you.
To log in and send messages please click on the button below and follow these simple directions:
1) You will now see: Welcome to the Las Vegas Dermatology Patient Log In.
If you have been here before please log in using your username and password.
If you are new to this site and have not created a username and password, you will need to do so using your 9 digit security code. You can phone our office for this code if you have not been provided with it.
2) Once you have successfully logged in you will see a greeting, “Welcome”.
3) Click on Clinical Summary to view and download a summary of your medical visit.
4) Click Send the office a new message and send us an email.
