We invite you to phone with any questions you may have regarding your insurance explanation of benefits, billing, etc. We ask that you please have the billing and insurance documents in front of you when you phone. We may need to refer to them during the conversation. Remember that “insurance coverage” is not the same as “paid for”. Although you may be “covered” for a procedure, depending upon your plan’s deductible and benefits, you may have an out of pocket expense.
