If you have one of the conditions we are studying, you may be eligible to get access to study medications before they are FDA approved to the general public and be compensated for a portion of your visit, some studies also involve receiving study medications for free. Our Research Team

Dr. H. L. Greenberg

Medical Research has always been a passion for Dr. H.L. Greenberg, who joined a research team before medical school admission, working on calcification in heart valves at an animal lab at The University of Michigan. Dr. Greenberg was involved in cardiology research as a medical student, and completed an entire Cutaneous Oncology Research year at The University of Wisconsin in 2002. During his Dermatology Residency training at Scott & White of The Texas A&M University Health System, Dr. Greenberg was active in a research study focusing on the use of topical Imiquimod to reduce the size of basal cell skin cancers prior to Mohs Micrographic Surgery. Las Vegas Dermatology^®’s research studies began when Dr. Greenberg was the Primary Investigator in a Clinical Trial to grow hair in 2010 and since that time there have been multiple studies for Acne, Atopic Eczema, Lichen Planus, Nanopulse technology for benign lesions, Psoriasis, Skin Cancer, and Urticaria (hives).

Dr. David Cotter

As a physician scientist, Dr. David Cotter has a passion for medical research and the training to back it up. Dr. Cotter, a native of Las Vegas, embarked upon his research path in 2005. While an undergraduate student at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, Dr. Cotter received numerous grants and awards for his work on plankton, hibernation, and the bubonic plague. While attending the prestigious Washington University in St. Louis, Dr. Cotter earned both an M.D. and a Ph.D., where he studied nutrient utilization and metabolism in obesity, liver disease, heart disease, and post-natal life. During his time at Washington University, Dr. Cotter won numerous grants and awards and authored multiple peer reviewed articles. Ultimately, Dr. Cotter developed a clinical interest in dermatology and went on to complete his formal dermatology education at the University of California, San Diego, where he trained with world leaders in atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, acne, and rosacea. With his unique background as both a Board Certified Dermatologist and Cardiovascular Research Scientist, Dr. Cotter is poised to develop insights into the systemic nature of inflammatory skin disorders.

Faith Limon, BS

Faith Limon is the Senior Research Coordinator at Las Vegas Dermatology®, where she oversees the coordination and execution of multiple dermatology clinical trials while ensuring the highest standards of regulatory compliance, patient safety, and data quality. She works closely with investigators, sponsors, and study participants to successfully manage studies from start-up through closeout, helping bring innovative therapies to patients.

Faith earned her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from San Joaquin Valley College and her Associate of Science in Health Studies and Medical Assisting Certification from Carrington College. Since joining the research team, Faith has served as the primary coordinator on numerous Phase II, Phase III, observational, and real-world dermatology studies involving conditions such as atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, hidradenitis suppurativa, alopecia areata, chronic spontaneous urticaria, cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma, and prurigo nodularis. Her expertise in research coordination, regulatory compliance, and study management has helped expand Las Vegas Dermatology’s clinical research program while ensuring an exceptional experience for both participants and sponsors. She is passionate about advancing dermatologic research and providing patients with access to innovative therapies that have the potential to improve lives.

Madelyn Tutela, BS

Madelyn Tutela earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from San Diego State University. As the Regulatory Coordinator at Las Vegas Dermatology®, Madelyn plays an important role in supporting the clinical research program by managing regulatory documentation and helping ensure studies are conducted in compliance with sponsor, IRB, and regulatory requirements.

With a strong scientific background and an appreciation for the technical aspects of research, Madelyn particularly enjoys laboratory processing and the hands-on work that supports clinical trials. She is committed to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy while contributing to research that helps advance new treatment options for patients with dermatologic conditions.

Sydney Warner, BS

Sydney Warner earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Nevada, Reno. She started her career assisting with biological field research before moving into clinical research at Las Vegas Dermatology®, where she now works as a Clinical Research Coordinator. In her role, Sydney helps coordinate dermatology studies by recruiting participants, guiding patients through the informed consent process, coordinating study visits, and managing study data. 

She enjoys supporting patients throughout their research journey and being part of studies that have the potential to improve future treatment options. Her background in biology and research allows her to combine her interest in science with her passion for working with people, helping make each participant’s experience as easy and comfortable as possible. 

Prescott Wiryadinata, BS

With a strong interest in patient care and clinical innovation, Prescott Wiryadinata serves as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Las Vegas Dermatology®. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of California, Irvine, graduating magna cum laude and earning membership in Phi Beta Kappa, the nation’s oldest and most prestigious academic honor society. Before entering clinical research, Prescott worked as a medical assistant at Las Vegas Dermatology®, where he gained hands-on dermatology experience and built meaningful relationships with patients. Through his work supporting clinical trials, he strives to connect patients with emerging treatment options while contributing to advancements in dermatology.
